We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Sales tax of 7.25% will be added to all orders shipping to a California postal code. An additional 2.25% will be added for all Los Angeles County postal codes.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However if there is an issue with size or quality, please email us at contact@gracelee.com.

If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend you stop by our Venice store or your local jeweler to have your finger sized.

All orders are made-to-order and typically ship within 2-3 weeks of purchase unless noted otherwise.  Domestic shipping + insurance is a $15 flat rate via FedEx Ground or $35 flat rate via FedEx Priority. All orders above $200 and all Home Delivery orders will require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages, delays or any other issues with your delivery once your order has left our facility.

Our ready-to-ship pieces are generally shipped 2-3 business days after the day of your purchase.
