Have you ever wondered what the custom process is like? 

The first step is typically a call so I can understand the request. If we proceed and need to procure a stone that is the next step – the stone search.  I can help source a stone and can also work with a stone the client sources. 

If the client is local to the Los Angeles area we schedule an in-studio appointment to discuss details in-person. However, I work with clients from all over the US and world. We utilize Zoom and Facetime in addition to calls and emails to communicate.
